Terms of service
- Full payment is required upon delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 same day of delivery
- Any defective or incorrect product will be replaced after the item has been collected and inspected.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
- The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is 10,000 EGP.
- Orders exceeding the COD limit are subject to a 50% deposit to confirm the order.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Winko reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
