Return / Refund policy

If the customer receives and pays for the order, then later requests a return or exchange, a 200 EGP fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
If the customer decides to refuse or return the order at the time of delivery while the courier is present, a 120 EGP fee will apply.
Placing an order means accepting Winko’s shipping, return, and exchange policies.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item shouldn’t exceed 3 days from the date of delivery under these conditions :
- Unused and in original condition

In its original packaging (box, case, and accessories)
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us on the same day. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer or mobile wallet

Within 3–7 business days after approval

Winko reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
